Carmen is originally from South Africa and moved to Rotorua at the start of 2023 with her family. She joins the team at Central Health as Receptionist.

Charlie moved to New Zealand from the UK in 2006. She worked in hospitality for 12 years before starting her journey with us in 2021 as administrator. In her free time she plays sports, goes to the gym and chills with family and friends.

Christine joined our practice in 2022 and brings a wealth of business knowledge to the team and our practice. Along with her husband and family Christine has been local residents for many years and cares about our community . She works across both sites, but is primarily based in Central health building, and is a member of the Practice Governance team.

Katie is born and bred in Rotorua. She has been with Rotorua Medical Group since 2019, starting on the front desk in reception roles. Katie is now based in the Administration team, where she looks after enrolments and contracted services.

Kerryarna Pene is a Receptionist at our Central Health location.

Lorraine, is part of our administration team and has been part of the group since 2003. Her key role is Senior Administrator assisting in the day to day running and accounts both debtors and creditors. She is supported by our other Administrators.

Renee's born and raised in Rotorua. She is one of our Receptionists based at Central Health Medical Centre, joining the team from retail customer service in January 2023.
