We are an approved Onshore Panel Physician clinic and provide immigration medical examinations required by Immigration New Zealand (INZ).

Our services include:

Immigration medical examinations for visa applications
Arranging chest X-rays, laboratory tests, and any additional tests as requested by INZ

Booking and forms:

Download the Immigration Medical Process form HERE.
Fill it in and email it to immigration@raphs.org.nz (If you do not have a printer, you can sign digitally or leave the signature section blank and we will have you sign it at your appointment)
Our Immigration Admin Team will call you to make the appointment.

What to bring to your appointment:

Valid passport (the appointment will be cancelled if you do not bring this with you)
Any previous relevant medical records
